Q1- I wanted to thank you again for this amazing home we are renting! I pray we don’t have to move until we are ready to… as in maybe 20 years! I am spoiled now, it would be difficult to move to a smaller home with out all the features this one has! (Cathedral ceilings, amazing, dry, large, beautiful basement for making music, new flooring top of the line… appliances that work great, the floor to ceiling windows all across the walls in the living room and hallway, the 4 sliding glass doors for fresh air… Dad, I won the lottery when we got to rent here. Please bless MG and her parents – all the L. PM team.
If/when we win the lottery- I’d still choose to live here and rent…and let them manage it for us. That would be great!

No, I’d like to rent here and maybe rent someplace warm for DB in the winter for vacations. Nothing too fancy. I can finish it after, couldn’t I? I have about 250 posts up already… it’s almost done. I could be mostly done in about 30 hours, I figure. The complete works uploaded in maybe another 30 hours for all the creative writing, poetry, etc. If I won, that would give me about an additional 90 hours this month to dedicate to doing this instead of my current business related work. I could quit that and work for you 100%, Dad. Would you like to help me start EPP, Inc with some investment funds? You are my passion. My current business is simply not my passion.
